Join us for the Emotional Flow Yoga Class, a unique 60-minute livestreamed session exploring how intentional movement can help process emotion and soothe the vagus nerve. This class blends flowing yoga with primal movement patterns, all designed to support your body’s natural rhythms and promote emotional well-being.

What to Expect

During this energizing class, you’ll be guided through a carefully sequenced yoga flow enhanced by primal movement. Each movement is chosen for its ability to release tension, encourage the flow of emotion, and activate the vagus nerve for greater calm and balance.

Expert Instruction: Julie Johnson, the instructor, certified in Trauma Informed Yoga, Primal Movement Patterns, Herbs and Energetics will guide you step-by-step, ensuring every movement supports your body and mind from a trauma informed lens. (Julie's teachers include Zabie Yamasaki, Hala Khouri and Molly Boeder Harris and Liz Arch)
Primal & Yoga Flow: Experience a blend of classic yoga postures and primal, intuitive movements designed to unlock and move emotional energy.
Soothing Practices: Integrate breathwork, stretching, stronger and gentle movement to tonify the vagus nerve and encourage your nervous system to relax.
