Rest and Digest Sound Meditation

Come join in as we do a guided body scan meditation, energy releases, followed by a sound therapy experience.

This class will be a little over an hour and it will be $40 a person. Please register to hold your space.



This class will offer stress reduction, improved sleep, emotional regulation, enhanced set awareness, help quite the mind, shift anxious thoughts, to physical sensations. By focusing on the present moment, you become aware of tension and learn how to release it. Helps by reducing pain, and brings a greater sense of peace. While allowing your body to rest and digest. We will have calm warming herbal tea to get you cozy on your mats before we start.
