Tap Cancer Out - Women’s Jiu Jitsu Seminar and Open Mat

Hey, ladies! To support Tap Cancer Out in their efforts to fight for those in the fight of their lives, AFMO BJJ is hosting a women’s only seminar and open mat. BJJ brown belt and accomplished competitor Becky Simmons will be offering her expertise to everyone who attends, covering guard fundamentals and attacks from mount.
