Workout in the Park

You are cordially invited to join HOA Fitness and friends for a workout in the park!

Start off your weekend using sandbags, sleds, ropes and park equipment to get our sweat on and blood pumping!

This is a free community event! The only thing we ask you to bring is a good, positive attitude!

There are waivers that will need to be signed prior to participating so show up early, make a new friend and grab a Phorm Energy or Black Rifle Coffee Drink.
