ETA: bring the kids! They're welcome to join us. We have lots of animals around here to pet, and I have 9 & 11 year old boys that like to do boy stuff.
Come join us for a free, start-to-finish demonstration of how to process your own steer — from live animal to hanging beef to ready-to-eat cuts.
This event is designed specifically for homesteaders, new landowners, and anyone wanting to become more self-sufficient with their own meat animals. My goal is simple:
When you leave, I want you to feel confident that YOU can do this yourself — with basic equipment—no fancy butcher shop needed.
I’m not a professional butcher.
I’m just a fellow homesteader who has processed a lot of animals over the years and learned what works in the real world with simple tools. I’ll show you the exact methods and equipment I use on my own place.
