ServSafe Class and Proctor Exam

A ServSafe Food Manager Certification class and proctored exam will be held on February 23, 2026. The class will begin at 8:30 am and end at 3:00 pm. The proctored exam will begin at 3:30 pm, and will have up to 2 hours to complete the exam. The class fee is $175.00.
If the training has been completed online and you would like to take the proctor exam in person or if need to retake the exam, you can join the proctoring session at 3:30 pm. The cost for the proctor session is $60.00 and includes the exam access code.
A minimum of 4 people is required for the class to be held. Registration and fee are due by February 18, 2026.
