Fresh Milled Basics

Join us on Sunday, October 19th to learn the basics of milling your own flour. We will explore the different types of wheat, ancient grains, and mills. We will learn the health benefits of using fresh milled flour and share easy beginner recipes and resources.

Fresh milled baked goods will be served for tasting!
