Master the craft of venison processing, from field dressing to breaking down a whole deer. Our seasoned experts
from the Department of Wildlife Resources will guide you through each step, ensuring you gain confidence and precision in your cuts.
Open Flame Cooking Techniques:
Harness the power of fire as you learn to cook your
venison over an open flame;
We’ve developed recipes to pair with each cut of meat showcasing the use of beer.
