Riders welcome to start arriving on Saturday, October 18th, 2025.
The official organized ride starts Monday, October 20th with the rides leaving out at 9am sharp.
We have 350 campsites with electricity and stalls available for rent for the week long ride. The Crooked Creek band will be playing every evening in our rustic dance hall starting on Sunday and ending on Friday night.
Monday and Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm in the Dining Hall we will have our Buffalo inspired water color class taught by Tammy Langlois. $25 per person. Please sign up in office upon arrival.
Tuesday night will be our "Wine and Cheese" tasting happy hour where we are asking you to bring your favorite wine and cheese from where you live to share with others doing the same.
Monday is Bingo night, Thursday afternoon is a fun horse show if weather permits. On Friday after lunch we will have fun auction set up in the dance hall for those of you who have items they'd like to sell. Friday night we give away gift certificates, a free vacation package and a new roping saddle.
Of course every morning during the ride you can choose from half day slow, medium or all day rides that leave out at 9 O'clock in the morning and return before lunch (except the all day ride which returns around 3 pm). Or you can ride out on your own.
EVERYONE (no exceptions at all) must stop at the office the very first thing before going to your campsite to fill out one liability per person whether they are riding or not. Liabilities are available to fill out after office hours as well and are located on the porch. Please fill one out for each person and slide under the door if the office closed. Then come back to the office at 8am when it is open.
Negative Coggins is required to be current and presented at the time of arrival and prior to unloading.
During arrival weekend only, we will charge each person for each meal at the dining hall door. Adults 13 and over will be $10 cash per person, each meal. Children 12 and under will be $5 cash per person, per meal.
As of Monday morning, all meals will be included. In the dining hall, lunch and supper time, we serve sweet tea, lemonade and water. If you'd prefer a different beverage, please bring it with you for your visit. At breakfast, we serve coffee, milk and various juices for our drink selections.
Sunday night, October 19th we will do introductions and offer plenty of helpful information in the dance hall before the band starts so please be sure to attend if you can.
Monday morning, the Trail Bosses will start taking groups out if you choose to join them.
We will have a septic company available on Wednesday and Thursday only to empty your black tank for $20. You must be present at your trailer for them to provide service. You must sign up in the office at the beginning of the week.
We will have our Fun Auction on Friday afternoon. You are more than welcome to sell any new or gently used items. Please note the auction is cash only.

Chainsaw (for firewood bundles)
Our Camp Veterinarian and Camp Farrier will be available all week for your convenience for a fee.
Our house band Crooked Creek will be playing in the dance hall on Sunday through Friday night.
