Strategies for Rebuilding A Life in Sobriety

Addiction often causes people to lose just about everything – employment, housing, friends, family, transportation, even freedom. At our August Public Forum, you will hear from several peer recovery coaches – people in long-term recovery who have special training to help those in early recovery fix their damaged lives. They will share strategies for fixing relationships, finding employment, and making connections with resources that can help those in early recovery get their lives back on track. Holistic approaches to healing will be a part of this discussion, including yoga, meditation, exercise, and nutrition.
