SYNOPSIS:
Jesus Christ Superstar is based on the last 7 days of Jesus’s life. It focuses on the human emotions, political dynamics, and interpersonal relationships during Jesus’s final days. As the Apostles rally around Jesus, Judas worries that Jesus is losing sight of his mission and fears the growing popularity of Jesus will provoke Roman retaliation. The Roman Priests also fear that Jesus is gaining power and become determined to stop his rise. As the tension mounts with the crowds, Judas makes the agonizing decision to do what he thinks is right, setting off a series of events that lead to Jesus’s inevitable end
