National Self Defense Institute’s SAFE Training

Join us for a FREE 2-hour S.A.F.E. (Self-Defense Awareness and Familiarization Exchange) Training — an empowering introduction to basic self-defense concepts and personal safety.

During this interactive session, participants will learn:
• How to recognize and avoid dangerous situations
• Practical self-defense strategies for real-world scenarios

Who can attend: Girls and women ages 12 and older (participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).

This class is designed to build confidence, awareness, and empowerment — giving you the tools to protect yourself and those around you.
