🤰🏻👶🏻🤱🏾We take a thoughtful exploration through the final chapter of pregnancy, how to better prepare for birth & and the postpartum experience, evidence-informed childbirth choices, common birth, postpartum, and newborn interventions, how to support physiological birth, navigating hospital birth including cesareans, newborn care, and establishing breastfeeding.
👩🏼🏫A great class for anyone who wants to have a more in-depth understanding of birth, their newborn, and the transition to parenthood. The class creates an opportunity to evaluate your core beliefs and values around your introduction to parenthood.
$150 investment for per couple to help you create a smoother path forward for non-cocoon clients. Cocoon clients it’s part of the package. Price includes childbirth prep class also.
