Meet Kristin Happel and let's talk WAVERLY!
Waverly, meet Kristin Happel — former special education teacher, small business owner, nonprofit founder, and lifelong community builder. She’s been involved in countless youth sports, fostered dogs, started an after-school program, organized parades, helped with community events, and launched a remodeling business with her husband. Kristin believes in rolling up her sleeves and working hard — for her family, her neighbors, and her hometown. Now she’s ready to bring that same grit, creativity, and commitment to serving as your mayor.

Kristin wants to hear from YOU. From small businesses to schools, quality of life to fiscal responsibility, infrastructure to public safety, she’s starting the conversation with Let’s Talk Waverly — a series of topics that matter most to our community.
