HISTORY HOUNDS - Fort Custer in the World Wars

Established in 1917 as Camp Custer, this facility near Battle Creek trained more than 100,000 World War I troops. In 1940, as Fort Custer, it became a permanent training base. Learn about the training base, POW camp, and hospital at this iconic military facility through rare photographs and historical accounts.

Cost: Free for members, $7 for non-members.
