A pioneer of La Consulta’s now-famous terroir, Karim is known for his passionate, minimalist approach—using native yeasts, old-vine rootstocks, and 100-year-old concrete tanks to create wines that speak of place.

You’ll taste a range of Altocedro wines, including bold Malbecs and expressive Cabernet’s, while hearing firsthand about Karim’s journey, winemaking philosophy, and the rise of La Consulta as a world-class wine region.
