2025 Speaker Series: Arts and Crafts Tiles in Wauwatosa with Ben Tyjeski

Join us as we welcome Ben Tyjeski for his presentation on Arts and Crafts Tiles in Wauwatosa!

Handmade, colorful tiles from the 1920s/30s decorate many buildings in Tosa. If you’ve ever wondered how they were made or who made them, then join us for a presentation by tile artist and author Ben Tyjeski. You will learn about the various types of Arts & Crafts tiles in Tosa and see a special photographic tour of school buildings, businesses, and homes with tiles throughout our community.

Ben is a faience tile artist and architectural historian, and loves sharing his knowledge about Arts & Crafts tile with homeowners. Learn more at www.tyjeskitile.com.

The talk will take place in the Firefly Room. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of the program. Registration ahead of time is not required. Free to attend!
