Meditative Art Making Workshop

Align your senses with the new moon this fall season during a three-part meditative workshop. Take inspiration from restorative yoga and mindful breathing exercises and create art in connection with nature's rhythm. Develop your own art-making rituals while constructing a journal to awaken your creative intuition.
