Meditative Art Making Workshop: Balance and Harmony

Align your senses with the new moon this fall season during meditative art making workshops. Take inspiration from restorative yoga and mindful breathing exercises and create art in connection with nature’s rhythm. Develop your own art-making rituals while constructing a journal to awaken your creative intuition.

In October, embrace balance and harmony through somatic art practices focused on watercolor, mark making, and breathwork. Participants will learn basic watercolor techniques throughout a guided meditation and journaling session.

Fee: $50 for Museum members, $60 for non-members per session; includes all materials.

If you sign up for all three Meditative Making Workshops, you receive a $30 discount. To receive the discount, please register over the phone and call the Museum, 715.845.7010 or stop into the Museum during open hours.
