In the spirit of the holidays slowly approaching, allowing your being to give and receive can bring up emotions or sensations in the body. some heavy. some light.

This is an opportunity to explore these emotions and sensations in the body, in a safe place and be present with what comes through. release what is ready to leave. call in new perspective. and most importantly, invite creativity to lead the way.

This is a two part series, part one will take place on November 10th and our main focus will be on giving back to your being. part two will take place on December 1st with the intention of finding new ways of receiving 🌞
