Christmas Day Divine Service

Today we focus on the mystery of mysteries: God has become Man in Jesus Christ! This is often called the Liturgy of the People where our hearts, minds, and lives are drawn irrevocably into this mystery which has been revealed. Saint Paul reminds us: "...when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons" (Galatians 4:4-5). Redemption has come in and only in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Thanks be to God!
