Burn Before The Bird 🦃
Join us for a Thanksgiving morning workout!

Where: Franck’s Gym
When: November 27th (Thanksgiving Day)
Cost: $5.00 Per Person

This will be a 45 minute full body circuit style workout that will be perfect for all fitness levels.

Make sure to bring some water, a yoga mat (optional), towel (optional) & lots of fun, energy to get your body moving!
