No prior dance experience is needed - just an open heart and the desire to move with intention. You'll leave with a sense of renewal, a few beautiful belly dance moves, and a deeper connection to your own cycles of life.


What to bring: comfortable clothes that you can move in, a scarf or hip wrap if you have one, and your radiant self.
