The three foldness of your nerve sensory system, how you experience your mind and organs of sensory perception. Your rhythmical system of respiration, feeling, intuiting, loving, healing processes and connection to Self. Your metabolic limb system, how you digest, discern, experience and engage your creativity and will forces to BE what you love and enjoy all you be. It’s about pacifying, quietening, strengthening, nourishing, enjoying and so much more! An experiential workshop of living Vedic intelligence, Yoga of Sound and intuitive methadology. Discover the sounds and simple practices that quieten, pacify, strengthen, clarify and renew the mind, anchoring you in the heart realm. This is the realm of inner sound, the nāda.You're invited into exploring the sound of your Self with vocal toning, sound meditation, imagination, invocation, sanskrit mantra and chanting. You'll learn practical sound based superpowertools for your own healing, heart centred robustness and whole wellbeing.This is suitable for all whether a beginner or steeped in your own nāda and mantra practice, the musicality of sacred sound. It is kind, gentle, interactive and you will be exploring and experiencing the resonance of your Self using your voice.
You can bring your favourite comfy Cushion, a blanket or shawl, warm socks, journal and pen. There will be chairs.
