Health & Wellness Sunday: Guarding Your Mind

Our thoughts are precious, yet so easily influenced—by others, by media, by the songs we sing along to. Sometimes words or ideas creep in that make us doubt ourselves, second-guess our worth, or even question our very existence.

This Sunday, we’ll explore how to recognize these “mental contaminations” and gently reclaim your inner peace. Together, we will:

Learn practical ways to notice negative or harmful thoughts.

Discuss strategies to protect your mind and energy.

Your mind deserves care, kindness, and calm. Join us to nurture your thoughts, create space for positive energy, and leave feeling grounded and empowered.

We will meet at the Reiki Studio, at 2 S. Madison St., Waupun.
