Sabrina will give you an introduction to the eight limbs of yoga, an in-depth understanding of how to move into common yoga poses and sequences in your own unique body, and a "yoga recipe" to help you design your own practice.
You'll also learn three simple tools you can use anytime to find grounding and ease in your body. You will gain an understanding of the language your body is speaking to you, so that you can can begin responding to its subtle whispers, rather than reacting to its eventual screams. This class will give you confidence to how to make choices in your body that give you the greatest benefit without causing harm.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, if possible. You are welcome to bring your own mat, or use ours!
And remember - there is nothing you need to be good at, this is only a practice 😉 💜
