Creating Connection: A Wellness Class for Couples

All relationships experience moments of disconnection. This one-hour guided class helps couples understand why this happens and how to reconnect in meaningful ways. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), couples will learn to recognize unhelpful patterns, understand emotions beneath conflict, and practice simple ways to build reassurance and connection. Designed for couples at any stage, this supportive, experiential class offers practical tools couples can use right away—no prior therapy experience required. $30/couple, 10 couples max capacity. Drinks provided.
