Bryon's Run/Walk/Roll to Cure Paralysis 2025 at Carroll University

16th Annual Bryon's 5K Run | Walk | Roll for a Cure at Carroll University in Waukesha, WI

For the past 20 years, in collaboration with community partners in Waukesha County and southeastern Wisconsin, Carroll University’s Health Sciences students, faculty and staff have provided wellness activities across the lifespan for individuals experiencing chronic disease and disability. Bryon Riesch as well as many other individuals have directly benefited from the university’s students, faculty and staff.

Consequently, the Bryon Riesch Paralysis Foundation (BRPF) has formed a partnership with Carroll University. This run/walk/roll is a combined effort with Carroll University, Carroll University’s Athletic Department and the BRPF to raise both money and awareness for individuals with paralysis.

Schedule

• 10:00 AM – Registration Opens
• 10:45 AM – Run/Walk/Roll Begins
• 12:30 PM - Event Concludes

NEW in 2025: Food trucks, music, and fun family activities at the Carroll University Dennis Punches Track and Field Complex (adjacent to Carroll University Schneider Field)

Runners will have an updated 5K route in the neighborhoods surrounding Carroll University. Walkers and Rollers will be able enjoy smooth walking surfaces on the 400-meter, eight lane eco-friendly cushioned track.

RWR Course

5K course for runners through streets/neighborhoods surrounding Carroll University.

2.5K laps for walkers and rollers on Carroll University Track and Field Complex.

Fundraise on your own or create a team

Create a team or do peer to peer fundraising to help support finding a cure for paralysis. Encourage your family and friends to sponsor your run/walk/roll and Be a Part of the Cure. Pre-Registration (before October 2, 2025):

• Carroll University Students: $10.00
• Individual Tickets (General Public, Alumni, Faculty): $25.00
• Family Rate (Immediate Family): $85.00

Day of Registration:

• Carroll University Students: $15.00
• Individual Tickets (General Public, Alumni, Faculty): $30.00
• Family Rate (Immediate Family): $90.00

FREE T-shirt for all registered participants. Must register by September 15, 2025 to guarantee t-shirt availability.
