This Friday night, we’re celebrating the Italian art of bitterness with a cocktail lineup that’s bold, complex, and unapologetically delicious. Think Campari, Aperol, and of course, a few unforgettable Amaro moments (did someone say Fernet?).

Phun Phil will be behind the outside bar—stirring, shaking, and serving up some of the best cocktails you’ll find in Wauconda (and beyond). Whether you’re a Negroni purist, an Aperol Spritz fan, or a Fernet enthusiast, this is your night to explore the bitter beauty of Italian spirits.
