The Fall Equinox marks a moment of perfect equilibrium between day and night, light and shadow, movement and stillness. —a powerful time for reflection, gratitude, and restoring balance in our lives. Learn Kundalini yoga kriyas, meditation, and reflection to find harmony within.

Drawing from Kundalini yoga traditions, which emphasize awakening the dormant energy (Kundalini) at the base of the spine to achieve harmony across body, mind, and spirit, this workshop integrates kriyas (yoga sets), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, chants and Gong relaxation to align with the equinox’s theme of balance. It also incorporates seasonal elements like grounding and release to transition from summer’s outward energy to fall’s inward focus.
