Into Stillness - breath, restorative yoga & sound healing

Join Denis & Jodie for a blissful afternoon at the Eggert's Farm in Wauchope.

In this session we will combine Restorative Yoga, breathing and sound healing to guide you into a deeply meditative and relaxing space.

The breathwork offered will be easily accessible and focused on inducing a relaxation response. Participants will be able to use these techniques at home to support sleep and quieten the mind.

Restorative Yoga offers an opportunity to let go and open up to a deeply internal experience, which is enhanced by the sound vibrations of crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments.

Chai and treats will be offered at the end of the session.

This even is open to beginners and does not require previous yoga experience. Booking essential, as spaces are limited.
