Sound Healing with Simmy Malhi, monthly Sundays

Sound Healing Sunday Aug 24 at 6PM with Simmy Malhi on the New Moon in Virgo. Just in time to rescue us from the new school year whirlwind beginning and other karmic travails in our conscience, Simmy provides a soothing and provocative soundscape with her abundance of bowls, tuning forks, gong and other tools to help you find guidance within.

The session is preceded by a brief, gentle non-linear movement practice to help you shake off your "whatever's" prior to laying on the earth with Yoga props to support under your knees, neck, in a variety of ways. We will help you find your healing nest!
