The Santa Cruz County Workforce Development Board (WDB) invites you to the Human-Centered Design (HCD) Intro Session, facilitated by CivicMakers and funded by the James Irvine Foundation Public Workforce Capacity Grant. This hands-on session will introduce tools to better understand customers, co-create services, and strengthen collaboration across our workforce network.
We’re reimagining how we can make our workforce ecosystem more human-centered, designing services that truly meet people where they are. And we want you with us!
