Spooky Season Wreath Making

Gear up for Spooky Season by making a Halloween-themed wreath with Library Director Kelly! This program is FREE - all supplies are provided. This program is sponsored by The Friends of Watkins Library (FOWL).

PLEASE READ ALL TO REGISTER:
Registration is limited due to space and supplies. Call (607) 535-2346 to sign up. While we understand that it is easiest to register a group of friends at once, unfortunately we often have no-shows as a result, and then no time to fill the spots. Library staff require that each person call and register themselves instead of registering a group of people. Exceptions are made for those living in the same household. This way we can ensure we are contacting each person directly ahead of programs to confirm attendance.
