We are very excited to announce that we will be hosting a Singing for Health Workshop on Saturday the 18th of October.
The workshop will be led Maria Soriano who leads Singing4Health workshops which focus on exploring the creative impact of singing and music on our physical and mental health.
We will learn songs that are enjoyable, uplifting, and can be memorised so that everyone can participate regardless of previous musical experience. There will be a focus on playful, collaborative music-making where participants contribute ideas and sound to create music together in both the larger group and smaller break off groups.
We will also take time to reflect and notice how singing together supports health, wellbeing, and community and the whole day will be finished with an informal performance of the songs we have sung.
This workshop is open to anyone who is interested in singing and tickets can be booked online now.
Please note this workshop is only open to adults over 18.
Lunch and refreshments are not provided.
