Bumps and Babies

Join other new parents for a chat and a have hot drink made for you by one of our volunteers.

All welcome so do spread the word, you don't need to be an NCT member or to have attended antenatal classes with NCT.

This month we will be joined by Stacey from Bump to Baby Choir, an exciting opportunity to start the New Year by singing with your bump or your baby and other parents. No singing experience necessary - I am assured!

Stacey says "Singing as part of a group is proven to be amazing for your wellbeing and connecting to your growing baby.
We will start with a physical and vocal warm up, learn some beautiful songs in both unison and harmony and end with a relaxing meditation set to instrumental music. "
