Cooking with Summer Herbs

Discover how fresh, Maine-grown herbs can bring flavor and health benefits to your meals!

Skip the salt and sauces and explore some of Maine’s most common herbs in everyday cooking. We will explore their culinary uses and health benefits. This class includes an interactive cooking demo and tasting of an herb-packed noodle salad and chimichurri sauce.
