10:15 – 11:30 am | Class One Content: Awakening the Channel
• Everyone can channel – discovering your unique gifts.
• Guided exercise: tapping into your intuition.
• Partner practice: noticing and validating what comes through.
11:30 – 12:30 pm | Class Two Content: The Mental Game
• Understanding the role of the mind and ego.
• Techniques for quieting the mind and stepping aside.
• Practice exercise: channeled writing or speaking with guided prompts.
12:30 – 1:30 pm | Lunch Break
1:30 – 2:30 pm | Class Three Content: The Wounded Healer
• Exploring the shadow and its influence on channeling.
• Brief self-reflection & journaling prompts.
• Healing exercise: energetic release + guided meditation.
2:30 – 4:00 pm | Class Four Content: Integration & Practice
• Bringing it all together: how to apply your gifts.
• Hands-on practice with partners/small groups.
• Tools for continued growth.
4:00 – 4:30 pm | Closing Circle
• Sharing insights and experiences.
• Creating a personal practice plan.
• Grounding exercise + blessing.
