Free Forest Bathing Experience

You are invited to a free 30-minute guided Forest Bathing experience,
adapted for the cold Northern New York winter.
Forest bathing is a gentle, sensory practice of being present with the land.
This is not a hike.
This is not exercise.
It is slow, intentional, and mostly stationary.
In times like these, caring for our nervous systems is part of the resistance.
