Saxon Cookery Workshop

Gather round a warm fire this winter to learn how to cook Saxon food and taste some of the oldest recipes in England. Guided by Craig Brooks, author of the 'Eat Like a Viking!' cookbook. Discover foods like sweet Saxon bread, nettle and wild garlic soup, and meadowsweet mead, and eat your meal in an authentic Saxon hall. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly options included.
