Flow and Let Go with Mallory

A mindful flow taught by Mallory Beatty, designed to release the week’s tension and ground you in the present moment. This class focuses on a series of gentle sun salutations, standing/balance poses, and stretches, with an emphasis on mindful breathing and self-care. All levels and body types welcome!
