Knitted Wire Art
In this hands-on Knitted Wire Art workshop, you’ll learn how yarn and wire come together to create playful, textured pieces that are both sculptural and surprisingly cozy-looking. This technique looks intricate, but with the right tools and guidance, it’s absolutely approachable—and a lot of fun.
During class, you’ll:
--Learn about the wide variety of tools used for knitted wire art and what each one does
--Create your own wire art piece, plus a small coordinating embellishment
--Gain practical tips, tricks, and techniques you can use to confidently create projects at home
A small selection of easy, seasonal shapes will be available, along with a variety of yarn colors to personalize your piece.
All tools and supplies are provided—just bring your patience, creativity, and a bit of manual dexterity (wire has opinions 😄). You’ll leave with finished work and the know-how to keep experimenting on your own.
