This is not a hike. It’s not a workout. It’s an intentional way of being in nature—present still and open.
Whether this is your first time trying Forest Bathing or you’ve done it before this is your invitation to pause breathe and feel fully present.

All ticket sales are final. We organise and run events with deliberately small numbers and we don’t allow cancelations. If you are unable to come to the event you’ve booked, you can either change the date to one of our other tours or events up to 14 days before the date of the event, or transfer you ticket to somebody else. No refunds will be issued in case of non-attendance.
