Join us for a delightful afternoon of good food and engaging conversations about art, history, and culture! Order ahead from Sweet Bella @ The MATT or bring your own lunch to enjoy.

This month, acclaimed bassist, composer, author, and educator Brian Q. Torff presents a history of the blues and its impact on American life and culture from slave songs to electric blues. Drawing on his research in the Deep South, Torff will show how music and American history are deeply intertwined. Torff currently serves as Professor of Music and Director of the Music Program at Fairfield University.
