Shamanic inspired Gong Experience: Honoring her Latin American roots, Sharon offers a shamanic gong sound immersion experience, creating a symphony of soothing sounds; grounding practices with the heartbeat of the mother drum, fluid sounds of water to wash away worries and stress, and uses primordial resonance of the gong to create deep relaxation and healing.

Bring your mat and anything to make you comfortable in this room temperature class.
