All proceeds benefit Operation Winter Warrior, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans in Alaska’s harsh winters.
Operation Winter Warrior’s mission is to:
Create and sustain safe access to veterans’ homes through snow removal.
Ensure veterans have essential personal safety items such as warm clothing, hygiene supplies, and first aid kits.
Provide assistance with emergency heating needs including wood, heating oil, and propane.
Provide connection, camaraderie, and support, helping veterans access critical resources and improve quality of life.
This cook-off is more than chili — it’s about standing shoulder to shoulder with those who have served.
