About Sydnea: Sydnea Lewis is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, creative strategist, and educator who helps people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move through life with greater clarity and intention. With over a decade of experience guiding students across yoga studios, classrooms, and creative spaces, Sydnea blends mindful movement, reflection, and real-life tools to support sustainable well-being—without hustle or burnout.

Her teaching style is thoughtful, accessible, and grounded in the belief that clarity doesn’t come from doing more, but from creating space to listen inward. Through Bamboo Balance Yoga and her work around busyness and burnout, Sydnea creates experiences that invite rest, self-trust, and intentional living—meeting people exactly where they are.
