Join us for a community gathering intended to nourish you from within. Hiba Haroon, founder of (un)jaan, will guide us through gentle and accessible movement, an intuitive writing practice to cultivate clarity and a nervous system-regulating sound bath to promote deep rest and ease. After practice, settle in with refreshments for a conversation with Hiba and Lanita on (un)jaan’s work, taking care of ourselves and each other during difficult times, and the importance of liberating our imaginations and retaining hope.
