Sound Bath w/ Ascent Mind & Co, Reservoir District Summer Wellness Series
Come join us for a fun and energizing yoga session as part of the Reservoir District Summer Wellness Series.
The series is curated by Whitney Stringer PR & Wellness Events and offers a variety of free health and wellness sessions led by local fitness experts and studios.
This sound bath session will be led by Ascent Mind & Co. Expect a soothing sound bath experience to calm your mind and body while enjoying the beautiful Reservoir Park.
All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a mat and water.
