In our Safe Start to Solids class, parents, grandparents, and caregivers learn together how to:

🥜 Introduce allergens without fear
🍼 Balance milk feeds with new foods
😰 Ease worries around choking with hands-on practice
❤️ Gain real CPR and choking-response skills you can trust

Led by a Pediatric NP, this class is designed to take away the stress and confusion so you can feel confident and calm at mealtimes.
